Question about your Order Almost all orders are sent out automatically at the time of the order. If you did not receive your order, your email provider or spam filter probably blocked our email. Please reply to the Order Confirmation email which you received (if you didn't get an Order Confirmation email from us, either you did not complete the order process and your credit card was not charged or you did not give us the correct email address) or go to our Registered Users section and have it resend the key to you.
Purchase a Product Each of our product pages have a Buy Now link at the top of the page and an order link near the bottom. Please use one of these to purchase our products.
Update or Reinstall If you have purchased our product and you want to update it or install it again, you can do this through the Registered Users section. Each of our product pages have a Registered Users link at the top of the page. Please use that link to download the registered version, change your email address, get the password or key, and etc. Here is a link to the Registered Users section.
There is no need to uninstall the old version when updating. Just install the newest version over the old one.Change your Email Address Please see the previous paragraph.
