Computer Q&A Board  /  Questions  /  EZ File Transplanter expired

I suggested to a pen pal that he should run the trial version of EZ File Transplanter. He's running W7 32-bit, I'm running 64-bit but that shouldn't matter, he had a 2nd hd installed. The program seems very user friendly and installation proceeded easily but on opening it stated that the 30-day trial expired? He never ran it before, he actually never knew about it.

Downloading a fresh copy and reinstalling had no effect.
Any advice or suggestions will be most welcome.

Decided to throw in the towel, I've now installed the trail version on my PC and it's running 100%. Actually a very neat program although I do not require it. Why it will not run on my penpal's PC I'll never know but nothing to be done.

I don't know either (but my guess would be that he used it before and forgot that he had).
