I am trying to backup the Identities folder in Apllication Data. WinRescueXP backs up Application data/microsoft/address book, but not application data/identities. Both of these files are listed in the configuration info text, but only the address book is actually backed up. Can anyone explain what I need to do?????????

I do not know why it is not backing all of it up for you. It should.
