I bought a program called Reimage which is a repair program. It cost me $65 for the key. The next time I used it they wanted to charge me another $65 for another key to repir the PC.
Having bought the program and the repair key I think this is a bit off having to pay for the repair key every time, expecially when I had to use the program again within a week!!
I will email them but I am not happy.

Anyone any thoughts?

Once bitten twice shy I suppose or caveat emptor (Buyer Beware)

After looking over their web site, it appears that what they are doing is using a remote connection to do a repair installation of Windows XP.
If you look at their FAQs, you will see that they say that they do not sell keys to the program, but that you are paying for a one time repair.
If they are doing what I think, as stated above, there is, of course, no program to sell and hence no keys.
If you have frequent problems with the computer, check into built in repair programs that come with XP such as check disk and system file checker.

Or buy Windows XP on a disc and use it to reinstall Windows when you need to repair Windows.
