Computer Q&A Board / Questions / License Question
Posted by: Cassandra, May 27th, 2009, 4:47pm
Good evening!
I'm just asking this out of curiosity, since I already bought the second license, but I recently discovered that some utilities are licensed differently, and I almost payed double there by not asking.
I have A1Click Cleaner on my desktop machine. I wanted a copy on my netbook, so I bought a second license. Did I really have to do this, or would it have been permitted to just put a second copy on my second machine without paying again. (Both machines are for my own non-commercial use only.)
Thanks.
C.

Technically and legally you should purchase one for each computer. Having said that there is nothing in A1Click that will keep you from putting it on multiple computers. But if we find out, we do have the option of pursuing a lawsuit. Will we? :)

As I said, I have already bought my second license, so it's moot as far as that one goes.
On the other hand, I do have a third computer....
