I am unable to defrag or run chkdsk on my Boot (C:) drive due to another program using the volume.
This seems to be permanent (not related to say, bootup window )
Does anyone have a tool or command that will reeveal the program that is "using" a drive?
Sure would appreciate any help I can get.
BTW I'm using "Diskeeper2009 pro." but this occurs at the command prompt also.
