Putting an old hard drive to a new computer will rarely work unless the two computers have identical motherboards and hardware configurations. Your new computer is looking for different drivers and is highly likely that your Windows install on the old hard drive will have these drivers installed. Do a a fresh install of Windows on the hard drive of your new computer and then you can move your old hard drive to the new computer and copy your data files onto your new hard drive.
