I've use RegVac once, over a year ago and it worked fine. Yesterday and today I tried to use it again. got the warning about Angel Dust and Norton (I have McAfee), clicked "yes" to go on and it promply froze my computer and mouse so that I had to pull the plug on the computer.

Can any tell me why this happened and how to get RegVac to work for me?

That is normal.  Don't pull the plug.  Just wait.  It takes a while for RegVac to perform that.  It may seem like RegVac has frozen, but it has not.  Even if Windows reports it as not responding, it is working.  Please just wait and it will finish.
