I am using MYOB first Accounts and usually back up my work to the D Drive every month.  for some reason unknown i am receiving a message" Unable to read the disc, ensure that you have a valid data disc in the drive and try again."   Unforunately I still cannot get the DV D-Rom to work for backups.
Can anyone help please
