I needed help to download Ad Aware . I logged onto the 'Support page ' but could not read the text as the letters were only partially formed . I have had this effect on several FAQ pages, help pages on other web sites It seems to be related to 'Resolution' not enough Pixels to form the letters properly.

That sounds like a problem caused by ClearType. Here is a website for a tuner to correct it -
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=62457.
Or you can turn off ClearType. To turn it off do the following:
1. In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
2. Click the Advanced tab, scroll to the Multimedia section, clear the Always use Clear Type for HTML check box, and then click OK.
The changes will take effect the next time you start Internet Explorer
