I use both A1 PC Clean and RegVac daily in the safest clean modes, and find that, with each clean, two registry items that have been put into my machine, which are needed to avoid the configuration process screen of Office and Outlook 2007 constantly coming up at every application opening.....Apparently, this persistent 2007 version configuration demand, each time these applications are opened, is due to the existing earlier program versions of Word and Excel, which I still need, not being able to peacefully co-exist with Version 2007 without the inclusion of two items written to the registry. After a lot of searching, I was able to find a fix for this in a blog of Microsoft Office Online. These additions are as follows :

    reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Word\Options /v NoReReg /t REG_DWORD /d 1

    reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Word\Options /v NoReReg /t REG_DWORD /d 1

My problem is, that either my PC Clean or my RegVac clean eliminates these items each time they are run. How can I preserve these in their respective file locations, so that I don't have to replace them via the Start / Run process after each cleaning. I would much appreciate some help on this. Thank you.....jgrippi

Since those are registry entries, I would assume they are removed by RegVac.  Just find them in the Undo section of RegVac, select them, and click on the Ignore button.
