Hi
you must have opened a new document, so you have used one of Office's templates. I assume that you have not saved the document you have written using Save As, and given it a title, so Office wonders if you want to modify its template.
The answer is to ensure that you save any document you write as .doc (or .xls if it is a spreadsheet, or .pps if a Power Point presentation).
You will notice that it is showing the file extension as .dot (if a Word document) which is the template - so what I am saying is alter this when you save your document, by using the lower drop-down box.
Hope this is clear ?
