I was wondering is there a way to move a program with all the information it has from one computer to another if youre running a network?

I made the hard disk with programs set to share. On the remote (lap top) I can access all the stuff on this shared disk. Like copy/paste.  But be aware that a program that has information in the registry will not run if copied to the remote machine.

No, (except for rare cases) you cannot move whole programs over because they have settings in the registry of the old computer that are needed to run.  Only the programmers of that program know where they have put all of the settings in the registry and all of the files that that program needs to run.
Your best bet is to install the program on the other computer and then copy over any other data files that you need.
