I have over 600 MB, 104 files, of .EMF files in the following location:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\WPE\Data\Server

I have gone through Settings in A1 Ultra PC Cleaner and not seen EMFs listed--though they may well be under some category I've missed. Running PC Cleaner has not removed these files.

Is there an Ultra PC setting that will remove them? If not, may I safely delete them manually? Are there any associated entries in the registry to remove? I run Reg Vac regularly.

As I understand things, these Enhanced MetaFiles are from old WordPerfect print jobs, which I have no intention of rerunning (if that is even possible).

   If you don't want them, you could just delete them.  Go to where you found them before, select them, and press the Delete key.
