i have bought a number of  regvac programs but my computer crashed and I have lost  them. I have had numerous e-mail addresses since the original purchase, and I have had a hard time remembering which goes with which, even remembering some of them. Is there another way to retrieve the the programs? bill

   The only way to get the registered version is to go through the Registered Users section.  I would suggest that you write down (and/or enter in the RegVac program in the Update item) the name and email address that was used.
