I have Toshiba satellite A135-4487 laptop runing windows Vista. I am trying to install new cell phone software and message says I need the latest version of adobe flash player. I went to the adobe site installed the flash upgrade it said it installed but I get the same message when I try to load the software. I went into the control panel under programs and features and it does not show up. Is something keeping this from loading like secutiy settings??

Wouldn't think Flash Player would have a problem installing.
Latest version is 9,0,47,0.
When you prepare to install it be sure there are no other browser windows open.
