Here are some things I wanted to comment on but wasn't able to:-

# The post about "regvac.exe problem : Runtime error 216 at xxxx". We discussed this issue some time back and the consensus was that it was something to do with an improperly installed Sun Java.

# Your own post about the 'update' facility in the new version of RegVac (v.5.00.00) -
I think that was a great idea. I'm still coming to terms with the new Regvac though, it's very different from the previous v.4!
