Computer Q&A Board  /  Other Programs  /  TV Shows too big on screen

Please bear with me as I try to explain the problem.  When I go to CBS.com to watch TV shows I've missed, the page comes up so huge there is no up and down right side scroll bar.  I can see parts of pictures near the bottom of my screen, but have no way to scroll the page.  Consequently, I have to watch the shows in that little box on the right side.  If I double click the picture, it goes to full screen, but is messed up...like pixels not really there...and blurry.

Again, the Radio Shack guy said to change the screen resolution to as high as it will go, and that should fix the problem.  It might have, but I haven't been there to check it yet.  I do know it really screws up my desktop, and makes the icons so timy I can't see them very well.  I like them the way they are.

Is there a way to change some setting so I can watch TV shows in a "normal" fashion on Inner Tube?

Thanks

Looking at the website, it shows they are using Adobe Flash player 9 to present the TV shows.
I would try installing the latest version of the player and see if that solves the problem.

I upgraded to Macromedia 9, but that didn't change anything.  The Inner Tube page is still huge.  I tried playing a show in Real instead of Windows Media, and it goes full screen with the same broken, blurry results.

Right click on a blank area next to the box you can view the TV show in.
When the menu comes up select "zoom out".
Looks like at some point "zoom in" was selected and the player remembers settings from one session to the next.
See if this corrects the problem.
