I have a Toshiba Satelitte laptop and recently it started throwing a Memory Cannot Be Accessed error. Is there a fix or do i have to re-install windows or is it a hardware issue?

Does the error occur when you are trying to boot or when you are already in Windows?
Could be hardware, could be missing chipset drivers, probably not a Windows issue.
