Computer Q&A Board / Other Computer Problems / Microsoft Mpeg4 Codec needed
Posted by: Talon, April 10th, 2007, 12:44pm
I have a Kworld Video capture card that when I attempt to capture video I am unable to use MPEG4. It tells me it is unable to find a Mpeg4 Codec, that I need to download one from Microsoft or use a Divx one. I am looking for a free Mprg4 Codec to be honest. I tried the Divx one (which worked great) but flooded my PC with Spam popups UGH. Anyone know where I can get a free Microsoft Mpeg4 Codec? Thats not going to flood me with spam pop-ups?
Thanks for any suggestions

I use this website for codecs:
http://www.freecodecs.com/I have had no problems with the codecs downloaded on the website [using the K-lite codec pack standard].
