I have Folder Guard Pro (Locking Folders) installed in my computer, but the program is not present in the Add/Remove in control panel and in the all program list. The Hot Key is not working, it means i can not access the locked folder. I can not even uninstall the program as it is not visible. Can anybody help me out. Thanks.

Go to this link to download the emergency recovery utility for the program. It says also that you will need your registration data to run the program.

Can you find the program on the startup menu ?Do you have more then one hard drive on your pc?
