I seem to have lost my icon and all the software programs for A1 Cleaner
I purchase it on  Nov 12 2006, and still registration # and refrerence number is VXHE0C8299AF. How do I get it back/Please advise

   You can get it the same way you got it after you purchased it.  Go to the Registered Users section of the A1Click page on our website and select Download Registered Version.
   If you have the email that we sent to you after purchase, it tells you how to get the registered version and it has a link to the Registered Users section in it.  You can have this email resent to you by selecting Send Registration Key in the Registered Users section.
   Follow this same process when updating A1Click.  There is no need to uninstall the previous version.
