I keep getting message "A runtime error has occurred"  What do I need to do.

   Click on OK.  There is not much other than that that you can do.
   That error message is a very general error message that simply says that the program had a problem.  It does not tell what kind of error it was.
   If you can single out what actions led you to get that error and you can do the same thing again and get the error, you can contact the author of the program and report it to him.  Most big software companies will not help you with it.
   If it is an error in one of our programs and you give me details, I usually can tell you what is wrong immediately or I will work with you until I can figure out what is wrong.  If it is something that can be fixed, I will fix it.

Problem solved.
The key was Runtime error.
There are at least three possibilities:
1) I checked for Trojans. This usually associated with IE. None found.
2) Visual Basic. My VB files were Okay.
3) Java Files. I found that a recent update was corrupt. I manually Updated the file.
Now everything is working fine.
