Could someone give me some suggestions to solving the "http error 403" problem?

When I go to http://www.ubs.com (on my laptop, wireless connection to the Internet) and try to click on "USA Client Account Access", I get "http error 403". If I click on "e-banking in Switzerland", which is right underneath "http error 403", I have no problem accessing the "e-banking in Switzerland" web page. But the "USA Client Account Access" web page? Forget it. I get "http error 403" every time I try to access that web page.

My wife's computer, right next to my laptop, Has no problem accessing the "USA Client Account Access" web page. Her computer has a wired (cable) Internet connection.

Anybody know what is going on here.

http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E403.html has a good explanation of "http error 403"
Maybe it has to do with how you are connecting up to the internet.
