What is your e-mail client? Mozilla Thunderbird? Outlook Express? The Bat? Eudora?
et cetera mail?
You really should be careful when clicking links in any mail porgram. Before you click a link hover the pointer over the link and look at the status bar. You will see the url there.
I need to know the e-mail program.

when I click on unerlined web address ED: OPENING A WEB ADRESS ON E-MAIL, It does not get me to the web page, sometimes it does) I have to go to "save shortcut" and then do a Control V to get it in my google box in order to reach the designated web page.

It seems like we concluded last time that you do not have your Outlook Express and/or browser correctly associated in Windows. This can happen if you installed other browsers or email programs and then uninstalled them.
Maybe the following will correct it. Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. Click on the Programs tab and check the "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser" checkbox. The next time Internet Explorer is run, it will detect if everything is OK. If it isn't, it will ask you if you want to make it the default browser. Answer yes.
Hopefully, that will correct the problem.
