Computer Q&A Board / Internet / Email Stripper

I receive a large number of email messages that are great and I like to share them with our ministry friends. However, many are formatted and have the >> beginning each line. I have spent literally hours removing these characters manually but stumbled across a "free" program that would remove them for me through cut and paste. Having three computer crashes in less than seven days, I had all of my programs backed-up with the exception of this program. Free programs I don't usually back-up but I will in the future. The name was similar to "Clean" or "Cleaner." I have Googled for help but came up empty each time. Are any of you famaliar with this program and the link where I could re-download? And if someone can share the link and you haven't used it, it is a great little tool! Thanks for any help.

Here is a suggestion from welsh793:
You could do Find and replace "Control F"
Do find < and in the replace location: leave a blank space and then hit the enter key. Works for me everytime.
