After running Clean PC, Remove Traces and Run Cleaner Settings, I ran Window Washer. This latter program removed 10.5MB from the IE Cache.

What please should I do to set A1 Cleaner to remove this too?

You should uncheck the Time Buffer in Cleaner Settings. When the Time Buffer is checked, A1Click only removes items older than 7 days. This is to protect you from removing items that you need. If you do not want that, uncheck it.
