On windows XP my computer freezes on a web page and Control-Alternate-Delete doesn't work. I can turn my computer off and back on, but I'd rather solve the problem. Thanks, Bill

Check this article on the Microsoft site. It tells how to deal with a lot of IE problems.

This can also be a problem on the other end of the connection. It has happened to me once. I disconnected from my ISP, reconnected and everything ran fine. So far it has not happened again.

If it has happened multiple times, it probably is an Internet Explorer problem.
