When I move folders with EZ File Transplanter, only the long path names are corrected. Thus 'd:\system\system sentry' is corrected, whilst 'd:\system\system~1' is not. This leads to all kinds of problems for me. Any thoughts?

That should now be corrected in the latest version which is 1.01.06.
