Computer Q&A Board / Windows / Network Printing

Hi,
I have a laptop and a desktop computer networked. My printer is attached to the desktop and I set it up so that I could print from my laptop via the network. It worked fine for over a year but now it has stoped working. When I try to print from my laptop it puts the document in the print que but it will not print. I can see the document when I double click on the print que icon in the tray on the desktop computer. Also, anything I try to print from the desktop is sent to the que behind the laptop document and won't print until I delete the laptop document.
I notice whatever I try to print from the laptop is listed in the que as guest. I wonder if it has something to do with network security settings on the desktop. Any ideas?
Thanks

Guest account has added restrictions above a normal users account.
You probably need to change the laptop to a user account, check the control panel under "users and passwords". You will need to be logged with an account that has administrative powers to change account settings.
