My computer died and I am installing my programs on my new computer. A while back I purchased PhotoImpact XL upgrade from Ulead. Unfortunately
I no longer have the original private (though they have my initial registration and serial number). When I registered the XL Ulead forced me to use a different "user name" than my e-mail address. I have contacted Customer Support for 2-3 weeks and have receiver NO reply. Is there any way to contact them or should I simply cross them off my list!? Thanks!  jb

Try to make a call (first advice); they usually answer very friendly ;
Try their support page (I guess you did !) ; did you register your products ? Apparently yes ; so , the phone call to CUSTOMER SERVICE IS the only way in my opinion ; by the way I do not understand what do you mean by  "I no longer have the original private ".

Thanks for the suggestions will try to call them. What I meant to type was "I no longer have th original CD."
