I have lost my Quick Launch on the Taskbar. I don't know how to get it back.

Right click on an empty space on the toolbar. The context menu will have toolbars at the top. Check quick launch.
With 98SE, you may have to reboot for it to show up. It's been a while since I ran 98 :)
