Dell Inspiron 660 8GB i5-3330 CPU @ 3.00GHz  64-bit OS 4 processor cores.  So, why is my computer taking 2 mins to shutdown?  And why does my screen turn grey b4 it goes into a 'balanced' power option?  Geez I hope I'm allowed 2 questions in one...  if not I will post to another new thread.
thanx to all who answer.

A New Bible Built with Modern Technology

New Testament - Breakthrough Version

www.breakthroughversion.com

The Breakthrough Version achieves a much higher level of accuracy. It is:

  • more literal
  • more precise
  • more contemporary
  • more correct
  • more consistent

This Bible even translates hundreds of forgotten Greek words that no other Bible does.

It is an essential tool for Bible teachers and students, yet it is easy to read, even for newbies.

Your computer is trying to shut down something that is running and is having a hard time doing so.
My guess is that the turning grey is a feature of your operating system.
