Lately it appears as though 'somebody' is in my computer, similar to when you know you got a virus or another program is running or downloading in the background - I was wondering if there's any way to tell who was/is doing this - I was running Windows XP and then upgraded to Windows 7 and it happened in both - various files now and then were being erased - then I finally realized I didn't ever check the modem firewall as I had an imac when I ordered the wire/wireless service - so I stealthed the modem firewall and it
seemed as though the erasing was stopping but my email passwords were being changed every week or two - I removed the hard drive from one computer and replaced it with another and put Linux on it, but the
email passwords of yahoo/gmail were still being changed occasionally - I'm thinking it's my g/f's ex, who's also in the room using a computer, and there's no apparent problems other than I have to clean it up for her, etc. now and then - any ideas would be appreciated - thanks  RJ  {zerobs}

A New Bible Built with Modern Technology

New Testament - Breakthrough Version

www.breakthroughversion.com

The Breakthrough Version achieves a much higher level of accuracy. It is:

  • more literal
  • more precise
  • more contemporary
  • more correct
  • more consistent

This Bible even translates hundreds of forgotten Greek words that no other Bible does.

It is an essential tool for Bible teachers and students, yet it is easy to read, even for newbies.

   I would stop using the computer in the same room as your g/f's ex and not leave your computer in a place where he can use it while you are gone.  Then I would change the passwords on your yahoo/gmail accounts and not tell anyone (not even your g/f) the new passwords.
   Anyone can access your yahoo/gmail accounts from anywhere if they know your passwords but only if they know your passwords.
