In your recent email circular you said:

"To disconnect unused network drives open Windows Explorer (right click on the Start button and select Explore from the popup menu). Click on the Tools menu at the top and then click on Disconnect Network Drive.... "

I followed those suggestions but after clicking "Explore" in the popup menu there is no "Tools" option to click.  My only choices are: Organize, Views and Burn.

I'm using Vista.

They removed the Tools menu in the latest version of Explorer.
Try right clicking on the network drive in Explorer and selecting Disconnect.
