Everytime I launch IE and go to a web site I get the message "Internet Exploter has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."  Either Send Error Report or Don't Send buttons causes IE to close the site connection and try to restore the site and you see part of the site and then the error appears again and I never actually get to the site in this endless loop.  Ignoring the message and pushing tje message off to the side of the screen alllows me see the web site and go to others.  If I click either of the buttons on the error message all instances of IE witll close reopen and restore.  How can I stop this loop ?
