Hallo ,I have a question about my Laptop ,(  I'm living in Belgium - Brussels ) .
The Shut down Time of my NEW laptop ( one year ) is very long since a month or two .
What could be the reason ?
Start-up time is very good
I'm using Windows 7
4Gb Ram and 320 Gb HDD
Intel Pentium (dual processor)

   Slow shutdown times are usually caused by Windows trying to shut down a program or process that is running.  It may be having problems closing the process and so it takes a long time.
