For some reason I keep getting a message on my computer that says there is an IP Address conflict with another computer. I did just hook up another computer for my step-daughter and wonder if this is the cause of the message I keep getting. I can't click on the message and dont' know how to find the problem to fix it. Any suggestions? Much thanks.

I assume that you have both computers connected to the same Router.  The instructions to the Router may explain what to do.
You can go to the Control Panel - Network Connections and check the Properties of the network connection.  In the Network Connection Properties dialog, select the TCP/IP item and click on the Properties button.  Make sure that Obtain an IP address automatically is checked.  If that does not work, you may have to specify an IP address manually.
