I recently upgraded from Outlook 2007 to 2010.  Afterwords all my Icons became white pages.  I tried the icon cache flush by deleting my icon.db file.  However I still have the problem.  Then for a day my quicken reverted to a file last posted a year ago.
Today Quicken went back to normal.  I have removed  Outlook 2010 and reinstalled 2007 but the Icon problem persists.  I find it hard to believe Outlook is the problem but.....
Any thoughts or suggestions.

Hi --- Had the same problem. The ICONCACHE.DB file needs to be deleted and recreated.
Location of file is as follows.
Set hidden files to show.
C:\USERS\USERNAME\APPDATA\LOCAL\ICONCACHE.DB
After you delete ICONCACHE.DB, reboot the system and the ICONCACHE.DB file will be recreated, and your icons will be good to go.
