Hello All,
   I am new to this site just need help figuring out what this means and what I need to do. I am thinking a new Hard Drive but not sure..Thanking All in Advance

STOP: c0000218 {Registry File Failure}
The registry cannot load the hive (file):
or its log or alternate.
It is corrupt, absent, or not writable.

Beginning dump of physical memory. Physical dump complete.

But it will boot up to main screen. Its an older computer with Windows XP on it. Or do I need to install new memory?

It sounds like one of the registry files is bad.  If you have a backup of the registry (WinRescue makes registry backups), you can restore that and you should be back in business.  If you do not have a registry backup, you will have to reinstall Windows.
