Haven't participated in the forum for quite a while but this time I have a problem. I have used A1 Click for years and love it. I'm currently running 2 different versions of Windows 7 on two different partitions. If I run A1 Click on either one, when it gets to the finish, instead of giving you a chance to correct the problems it has found, it shuts down the computer. I have un-installed and re-installed A1 Click on both partitions but it still does the same thing. By the way, I run both systems on separate partitions but put each operating systems programs and data on two OTHER partitions. Anyone have any ideas?? Your help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not a novice by any means but this one has me stumped.

You might try uninstalling and making sure that the folder that had A1Click in it is deleted.  Then try installing it.
If you are going to run it in a different Windows, you need to install it to a new directory and have one location for one Windows and the other location for the other Windows.

Thanks for the reply, Ray. I HAVE tried this already and it doesn't help. I DO have A1 Click installed on two separate partitions and they were installed while running that particular Windows 7. But, since I wrote you, I have experimented and found an interesting fact but am not computer literate enough to know what it means or how to fix the problem. I tried several other clean-up utilities and all did the same thing. When I get to the end of each program and before the "Fix the problem" screen comes up, the computer crashes. Any ideas??

No, I don't know what would cause that.
