Hi,  I thought this was only occurring in email, but I just received the same message when I was on this page.   I continuously receive pop-up message windows that say, "A runtime error has occurred, Do you wish to Debug ?"   I answer 'no', and it keeps resurfacing.   I can usually continue for a few mintes, and then it reappears.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.   Thx.

Open Internet Explorer - click Tools - Internet Options - Advanced.
Make sure "Disable script debugging" is checked and
"Display a notification about every script error" is unchecked
then Apply and OK your way out...
