I noticed that you have quite a few new software packages on the site so I decided since my PC is at a snails pace righ now, I would download "Speed Start up"/. I need all the help I can get right now till I get the new one built. Anyway, after making the suggested novice changes I was not very happy with the picture after the changes. Its splotchy, grainy looking and in some places the pixels don't show at all. I have tried to change the properties in the video settings but the picture is still not right.
   What changes do I have to make to get a good picture back? I like the program so far, except for that. Please help. Thanks. A B      

I do not know any of it that would affect the display.  Maybe it had to do with some Services that you disabled.
