Hi Ray (Happy new Year):

I have an HP Pavilion, XP, 1 Gig ram, etc.
I also have A-1 Cleaner, and Reg Vac
I know this was asked before but I guess I have to ask again Why when I run A-1 it cleans almost everything except for about 80 or 90 files. For example if all the files are let say 500 to 800 aprox. it will leave about 75 to 90 files without deleting saying that could be open files or in use? When I open the settings the 2 boxes mentioned are unchecked I did also tried to do it in safe mode but it does the same, meaning it leaves all those files undeleted.
You mentioned in the newsletter that you use A-1 at start up does that mean when you boot up? That theoretically should clean 100 % How do I set it to do it at start up?

Thank you

That happens because if they are files they are open and if they are folders they are not empty.  Files that are open cannot be deleted and folders that are not empty cannot be deleted.
A1Click has a menu item called Automatic Scan.  If you set that to anything other than Do Not Perform, it will start at startup.
Whether you start A1Click at startup or not, there will still be some files that are open and some folders that are not empty.
