I have ashshampoo commander 4 on my comp and it will not let me unistall error message keeps coming up could not open log file.thank you for your help.the Big O

Try reinstalling the program. Some installation programs will off the option 'remove.' if not, continue with the reinstallation, then try running 'Add/Remove Prograsm' in the Control Panel. The reinstallation should leave the files needed to uniinstall.
