Go to File / Print Select Main Tab Check to see if your printer is selected in the Name: window Check to make sure Default Printer Ready is shown on Status line. If your printer is not selected as the default printer, you need to go to the Control Panel, select Printers and Faxes and make sure your printer is selected as the default. Uncheck Print to File in the Print window This should solve your problem.
