Here is another question. I have Windows XP Home SP 1,2,3 on my PC. When I start the Security Center I get a message saying that "the center is not available because the Security Center-service has not started or has been stopped."
Then: "close this window, start the PC again (or start the Service center-service) and then start the Security Center again."
Can anyone tell me how to start the Security Center-service? Help and Support do not provide an answer. In the Info part of the Security Center page configuring messages from the Security Center is gray. Can Norton AV cause the problem?
