I'm running Reg Vac on my Vista 64bit PC.  Each time I open the app, the Reg Vac screen view opens so large, I have to move the screen to see the full offering.  My screen is set for 1024x768.

How can I resolve this concern?

Resize RegVac by dragging the edge or corner.  Maybe you inadvertantly did this before making it that big.  RegVac remembers how big it was when it was last closed and opens itself to that size when it opens.

Thank you for the reply, as I originally thought the same.  However, this action does not work.  The application, when opened, still opens larger than my screen size.  The app screen size jumps to size correctly when I click the "Restore" in the upper right hand corner of the app.  Regardless, after I close the app, and then reopen, the screen size does not open back up to when it was last closed.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Are you saying then that you have it Maximized?  If you close it Maximized, it will open the next time maximized.
