We were installing a large program, during install the thing jammed and didn't finish.  We tried to uninstall but it hasn't been written to hard drive.  We are now at a screen that says control alt delete.  we have gone through every senerio to get past this.

What happens when you shut it off and restart it (even if you have to push the button to turn it off)?

I'm hoping Gateway Support helped you by now, but...  Details are sparse, here.  What is the OS?  What software were you loading? If you hit Ctrl-Alt-Del, did it take you to a login screen?  Sometimes a program will change a system's login mode to the domain version.  If you didn't have a password set, put in Administrator and hit Enter and see if it lets you in.  Gateway also uses Owner as the default admin.  If you had a password, try it, obviously...
