Run RegVac and tell it not to start at startup. This can be done in one of two ways:
In Novice Zone - go to the Run at Startup section and select Do Not Perform in the dropdown box.
or
In Expert Zone - go to the Scan and Clean section and select Do Not Perform in the dropdown box.
